Could this be a thyroid or gland or hormone problem?

Sweating, hot all the time, insomnia, RED HOT BURNING PAINFUL ears, I also get ringing in the ears. My sweating and heat and burning ears that stay red for around 30 mins a time are the most annoying. I sweat everywhere, face, trunk, palms, soles of feet, armpits, groin, all over. I'm anxious all the time. I'm hot all the time I feel like I have a high temperature but I don't. I've been like this ever since I was 15 and now I'm 25 MALE. I mostly went to dermatologists but they always tell me put some creams or get botox and stuff like that for the sweating, but I'm sure there is a cause for this! What dr. should I see? What do you think I might have?

It's good to mention that when i was around 17, a dermatologists got me to do some gland tests but im not sure if they were accurate or the right ones. Please help me I just can't take it anymore.

You do have symptoms that can be hyperthyroid related.

FreeT4 and FT3 will tell you your thyroid hormonal levels. TSH is the message the pituitary sends to the thyroid. This test will be useful in determining if you have a pituitary problem, but it isn't always helpful for determining thyroid disease. Still, many misinformed doctors use the TSH variable to diagnose thyroid disease. Don't rely on that test.

The TSI test will tell you if you have antibodies for Graves disease, which commonly causes hyperthyroidism and your symptoms. I highly recommend the TSI considering your symptoms.

If you are also having periods of cold, fatigue, dry skin, muscle weakness, constipation, depression, then also get the TGab and TPOab for Hashimoto's disease, which will cause both hyper and hypo symptoms.

The adrenals tests are mostly outdated. The 24 hour saliva is the only reliable one I know of, so if you do urine in a bucket or blood cortisol, it's a waste of time, as adrenal levels fluctuate throughout the day and one sampling will not be enough.

If the above tests show nothing, then examine you other hormones such as testosterone, etc...

Take care...

Sounds hormonal to me. Get Free T3, Free T4 and TSH checked. Possibly get adrenals checked later.
