Posts to the "expert form" (where doctos answer questions) are sometimes referred here when there is overflow on the expert forum. As per the Terms of Use of this site, it's always best to make sure that people know we are not doctors, but fellow patients.
I don't think they think we are doctors, they are just stating how they spoke with their actual doctor who wouldn't listen to them.
If Your doctor is not willing to consider that something needs to change for you to feel better when you are obviously HYPO, then it's time to find a new doctor.
Doctors are not the final decision makers, their patient is, and it would not hurt you to try an increase to 75 just to see if anything changes, the next time you speak with them ask them to raise it and retest in 6 to 8 weeks. If you are still above 4 then raise it and test again. If he or she is not willing to raise it and tells you no, then most definitely see a new doctor.

Stress is probably the biggest factor in making Hashi's worse.
A TSH of 4 is WAY too high. Is your doctor testing FREE T3 and FREE T4 as well?
If you have other thyroid labs, please post them with reference ranges (these vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report).
