With your very low TSH and high TT3 and FT4, you appear to be somewhat hypERthyroid.

Your TPOab is significantly elevated, which usually indicates Hashimoto's thyroiditis.  Hashi's is eventually hypO, but in the early stages, it can also be characterized by hypER or swings back and forth between the two.  However, TPOab can also be elevated in Graves' disease (autoimmune hyperthyroidism).  TSI (thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin) is the definitive test for Graves'.  I'd think your doctor would want to test TSI.  Also, it's possible to have both Hashi's and Graves'...rare, but possible.

It might be that you're not so far out of range yet to cause symptoms.  I'd want to have the TSI test and see what the endo has to say.  It certainly bears watching and being alert for symptoms.

What are the reference ranges on your FT4 and TT3?  Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.

Do you have any hypER symptoms?  Intolerance to heat?  Diarrhea?  Insomnia?  Anxiety?  Elevated heart rate or blood pressure?  Were you trying to lose weight over the paswt year?
