I'm not familiar with what you're taking. There is no homeo treatment that's effective for hypothyroidism. You're going to have to take replacement thyroid hormones, in order to get your levels up enough to completely alleviate your symptoms.
Do you know if you have Hashimoto's? If so, Hashimoto's destroys your thyroid and your hypothyroidism will continue to get worse, as thyroid function declines. Left untreated, you could end up with a life threatening condition called myxedema
yes, started homeo treatment.A Pis 200 for days and CF GX for two times daily .Now it seems effective, the tiredness seen recoverd, requested for more advice if any.Is any after effects for this in future.
T3(total)serum by CLIA is 102 ng/dl(range 83-215).T4(Total)Serum by CLIA 7.3 ug/dl (range:4.74-14.Age is 17 Years-Female.TSH,Serum by CLIA 35.5ulU/ml (range is:0.27-4.2 ulU/ml.
Unfortunately, Total T3 and Total T4 are considered obsolete and of little value. Part of the totals of each will be bound by protein and unusable by the body. We need to know how much of each are "free" (unbound by protein). We also need to know reference ranges. Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.
A good way to post them is, as follows:
Total T3 102 (range xx -xx)
Total T4 7.3 (range xx - xx)
Your TSH at 35.5 is quite high and indicates that you are hypothyroid, but we need the ranges for the T3 and T4.
Your ultrasound indicates that you have swelling/inflammation in your thyroid.
Can you get Free T3 and Free T4 tested?
Have you had tests for thyroid antibodies? Those would be Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAB) to test for Hashimoto's.
Has your doctor prescribed you medication yet?
Can you get tested for the Free T3 and Free T4?
