I had the right side of mu thyroid removed

I had the right side of my thyroid removed in November (2010). In Dec my TSH was 2.75, in Feb it was 1.75 and it is now 1.35.... I have been extremely tired. Can someone tell me what these numbers REALLY mean. I'm so confused about the TSH, free T4, free T3. :/
