Is it normal TSH level for 5 year old?

After I gave birth to my daughter, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.  I did one I-131 treatment and couple I-131 scan.I am a stay-home mom, so I am with my daughter pretty much everyday. For what I know my family members may get affect with their thyroid function as well (more likely to become a hypo over the years).

My daughter is 5 year old and she has short figure and her growth seems to stop over the years. (2 % weight and 5% height). Her Tsh level is 2.06 (normal range:0.1~5.5 )Free T4 is 1.3 ( normal range 0.8~1.6). She still has round baby face and baby belly. Should I be worrying she might is hypothyroid.

Thank you for your time

3'4" is relatively tall for a 5 yr old.  I'm only 5' tall myself and 61 yrs old........

She still has "baby fat" to lose.

If you are really concerned, you might ask her doctor to run a Free T3 test....

Thank you for your information!

The reason that I post the question here is because her doctor thinks there is no need for any fellow-up test. I read that the new standard TSH Level is 0.3~3. And most of people with healthy thyroid the TSH Level should be close to 1.  After going through two surgeries in one year,  I am just being cautious about my daughter.

Thank you for the reply! Her pediatrician says she will do the fellow-up check-up next year. I am concerning is because both my husband and I are tall (5'8'' & 5'6''). My daughter is very only 3 feet and 4 inches.

For now, I am doing well. Still need to do I-131 scan every couple years.
