Low TSH normal T4 and T3

I have had 2 sets of TSH and T3 T4 tests in the last 6 months. The TSH is 0.32, and the T3, and T4 are said to be normal. I have insomnia, feel like my skin is crawling, increased anxiety, irritability, my joints and muscles ache, I am exhausted the majority of the time. Something is just not right. There are times that I feel tingling in my arms and legs.I am having trouble focusing and concentrating at my job, and with simple things at home.  I have suffered with migraines for over 20 years. I have Raynauds, so I am unable to take medications such as imitrex (due to vasoconstriction). I have tested my ANA for Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Scleraderm. ANA normal. I take Lorcet and or Darvocet for the pain.  I have taken antidepressants for several years, mainly for anxiety issues. Currently on Paxil. I feel like I am losing my mind at times. Can the antidepressants or pain medications effect my TSH level? I need some guidance please. I am at a loss of what to do next. I am to see my dr again today, This is NOT all in my head.

Soy can affect your TSH.  Do you eat soy at all?  Before you answer, do you eat alot of processed foods?  Processed foods use soy almost exclusively.

It sounds like you are mildly hyperthyroid.
You can experience these symptoms if your T3 is clear up at the upper range of normal.

While you are asking him to go over those test results with you, ask if you are getting Free T3 and Free T4 tests, as those are the most acurate.

If your Free T3 is within a point or two of going above lab limit, it is too high. I'm not sure what the doctor would suggest if that is the case.

If you have not had thyroid antibody testing, I would ask to have your TSI checked, as well as your TPOab and TGab.
