Can you post your actual FT3, FT4 and TSH results along with reference ranges which vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report?
We often hear doctors saying that levels are "fine" or "normal". However, many of us find that just being in range is not enough to relieve symptoms. Often FT4 has to be at least midrange and FT3 upper range before we feel well. It sounds like your meds are not adjusted properly or perhaps, as kjhgfd suggested, Armour may not be right for you. (Armour reformulated their product last year, and many of our members who had done very well on it for years found the new formulation unsatisfactory. Many of them have switched to other meds.)
If you don't have results, call your doctor and ask for them. They are required to provide them upon request.
If you post those, we can be a lot more specific about what we would suggest you do.
It might be the dosage of your Armour you might need to have it adjusted it could also be the Armour it's self it might not be right for you and you might do better with a synthetic hormone replacement instead.
I would definitely ask my doctor let him/her know that you still don't feel good.
