Help me?

My symptoms: my left side has been hurting for over a month, I went to my dr. And he sent me to a specialist who can't see me till next month. Now I have new symptoms, which are cold feet, my hands tingle, I have speech slur,
dizziness, and weak/low energy. A few years ago I had my thyroid taken out and part parathyroid.

Hi,

You are on a fairly high dose of thyroid meds.  What tests did your dr call for?  Did he test FT3 and FT4, as well as TSH?
Please let us know the results when they are available.

There are also other possible causes of your symptoms.  What other things did your dr look at?  I would hope he would look into vitamin D levels and iron levels as a starter, and perhaps referral to a neurologist for full assessment of the dizziness and one sided pain?

Do you have any blood test results for your thyroid?  That would be a good starting point.

Please post your results and the reference ranges.

What medications and dose are you on?
