Thank you very much for posting your comment.

I was never diagnosed with any thyroid issue. But again, i took this blood results for normal checkup and it turns out that i have Vitamin D deficiency. And luckily i got an appointment yesterday with doc and discussed with her.

The symptoms wise i felt, Fatigue, Joint pain and Anxiety. Vitamin D deficiency will also have these kind of symptoms it seems. So i was advised to take Vitamin D supplement along with Multi-Vitamin for 3 months and i will be having another blood checkup after 3 months.

Hoping for good.

I really appreciate your time. Thanks.

First of all, you can stop worrying about something bad.

TSH on its own is not the be all and end all of diagnosing thyroid issues. Did you get other thyroid tests done? Free T4 and Free T3 and antibodies are needed to establish any issues.

If you have them, please post them here with the reference ranges.

It could mean that you have an underactive thyroid, but if you have no symptoms of hypothyroidism, then don't worry. Lots of people are fine on a number like yours, some aren't.
