SYMPTOMS - are they related to thyroid or Pituitary Problems? HELP

I have experienced every low thyroid symptom in the book.  I recently have been experiencing blurred vision occasionally, not constant.  I have also experienced Ice cold fingertips, but my palms are normal with blueish knuckles.  My hands are swollen and tingly in the morning,  but then the swelling usually goes away after about an hour, but now my knuckles remain slightly blue throughout the day.  I have noticed increasing numbness in my hands and legs as well.  I am having more and more headaches.  I have what feels like periods cramps non stop even when I am not on my period.  My pain seems to be getting worse.

I have low back pain that radiates into my hips, buttocks and my upper back to outer thighs.  The pain is so bad I have been taking percocet to relieve this pain.

My thyroid levels suggest a possible pituitary problem, but I have not had my hormone levels checked at all.  My question is, if I had a pituitary tumor/adenoma or even damage to my pituitary from a seizure and major concussion about a year ago, could the occasional blurred vision and all my other symptoms be caused by this? anyone have experience with thyroid results as follows?

TSH 1.0 ( .4-4.5)
Free t4 .8 (.8-1.8)
Free t3 3.25 ( 2.3-4.2)

Help.  I am so crazy sometimes and forget stuff, moody and snappy.  I was never like this before, always patient and kind and not moody, very stable, even with previous depression.  I am so depressed now and could cry over anything.  Am I a hypochondriac?

Still nobody has any input? Can anyone at least tell me what around my tsh should be with a free t4 of .8 (.8-1.8)? I think I may have a pituitary issue but want some ammunition to tell my doc that if my free t4 is that low, normally my tsh would be ____________. Any of your of help would be appreciated. Thank you.
