We are going to have a Bee Boppin' Benign party for you in that it looks like those pesky lung nodules you have are not of the thyroid cancer breed .........
Bcz of all you've been thru (and I mean ALL since your lung diagnosis, etc. and so much going on in your work life, etc., etc.), this deserves a cyber party and I'm bringing the CHICKEN WINGS ......yep all ready for the BBQ!!!!!
What are you all bringing .. somebody has to bring the hats!!!

OK .. sounds like we will just pick a new date for the party ... we want to be ready to celebrate @ 100% chicken-power and be certain all is okay so let's say sometime in late August after the PetScan reveals good results :) :) :)

The Nuke doctor called @ 5:30 last night the first call was the nurse not the actual doctor..
I have also talked with the pulmonary doctor twice yesterday.
Nuke doc said this is good makes the chance of any thyroid tissue being there very slim, however; we still have to do the uptake scan and if that has any showing he will give me the I31 that day before I leave so to have everything ready when I come to see him on the 19th..as he said he might just do as a safety.
The pulmonary doctor said that in two months he is doing a PET scan and if this shows anything he will have a specialist remove the lymph nodes and some of the nodules to confirm no other type of cancer.
