Is this normal

I had cancer of the pancreas last year I had 3/4 of it removed plus gallbladder and spleen. Now my Thyroid is playing up blood test results as follows T4 45.9 TSH <0.01 T3 16.8. I just had nuclear medicine test and results as follows:
Right 3.7 and Left 4.0. Vertical right 5.8 Left 5.9. Height right 3.5 Left 3.7. Volume right 37.5 and left 41.4. I am going to see a specialist next week but can you tell me is there something I have to worry about?.( I am suffering from normal symptomes, shakes, nervous, blurred vision, tired, muscle tremors and just unwell.

Most run free T3 and free T4 , TSH is very low, your HIPER.  ENDO is the right doctor.
