TSH moving fast low and high

Taking 0.75 Synthroid, TSH moving fast low and high, CT scan of chest shows There are scattered tiny Mediastinal Lymph Nodes,visulalized portion of upper abdomen is unremarkable.does these are related to thyroid ? what should I do?  Getting upset

Thanks , will update results of thyroid in next few days.
in the mean time please guide for these findings-1.There are scattered tiny mediastinal lymph nodes- Does this result goes towards a)Cancer.  b)TB.  c)Infection
2.Mild Bibasilar atelectasis- What does it mean?
3.Stable 4 mm Subpleural nodule- anteriorly in right upper lobe- What does it mean? does is maybe due to TB infection?

What is your actual TSH level?  Is that the only thyroid related test you've had?  Please post whatever thyroid related test results you have and be sure to include reference ranges, as those vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.

The thyroid is not located in the chest; it's located in the lower neck, below the adam's apple.

You need to get your doctor to give you a full explanation of the CT results, so you aren't left in doubt.
