Your TSI is elevated, so it looks a lot like you have Garaves' Disease. TPOab is also elevated. That could mean that you also have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, but sometimes TPOab is somewhat elevated with Graves' as well.
FT4 and TT3 are both high, and TSH is low. So, you are hyper.
