Thyroid level normal, symptoms persist

My test levels show normal (TSH 2.20 and FT4 1.3) but still feel tired and am having shortness of breath, and am extremely heat intolerant.  I'm thinking my TSH should be lower to alleviate these symptoms?  I do have a blood test due in another month and am going to request she do TSH3 & 4 along with FT3 & 4 (which hasn't been done for 2 years).  Should I request a TBG test also?

What's the reference range for the Free T4?  Ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report.

TSH is a pituitary hormone, so it doesn't really matter what that is... the most important thing is your symptoms and your Free T4 and Free T3 levels.  Apparently, you don't have a current Free T3, is that correct?

I don't know what a "TSH3 & 4" is...  It looks like the only thing you're missing is the Free T3, which should be done every time you have a TSH and Free T4.

Have you had the antibody tests to find out if you have Hashimoto's?  Those would be Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAb).

Are you on a replacement thyroid medication?  If so, which one, what dosage and for how long have you been on it?
