thank you for your answer. i have read that a person wants to be in certain ranges of ft3 and ft4. it looks like i am in the lower part of ft3 and high in ft4. my tsh is good i think. i was just wondering if i was in the right percentiles and such. thanks again.
Hi,
your levels look reasonable. However, we all feel better at different levels within the range. I don't imagine you need to increase T4, but you could try adding T3 (cytomel or dessicated thryoid) if your doctor will allow (this will bring the FT3 up a bit)..
Also it will be harder to lose weight now with a TT - regardless of what the medical profession says. So you need to accept that what you did before to maintain your weight might be different to what you need to do now. Adding in exercise should help some as well.
Not much help - but some ideas.
