Are the T3 and T4 tests for FREE or total?  If the lab report doesn't specify "free" or "FT", then tests will be total T3 and Total T4.  Those tests are considered obsolete and of little value.  She needs to have tests done for FREE T3 and FREE T4.

TSH is a pituitary hormone and trying to control a thyroid issue, by adjusting TSH will keep your wife ill.  You need to adjust the Free T3 and Free T4, with thyroid hormone replacement, without worrying about the TSH.

Is she currently on a medication?  If so, which one and what has she been diagnosed with?

Dear barb135,
Thank you for your suggestion, currently doctor ask us to wait for 6 months after that they will perform all the test again and take the decision, thanks again.
In the T3 and T4 test they didn’t mention anything either free or total.

Was she prescribed anything by the doctor after these test results? Your reference range is showing her T3 is probably low. T4 could also be low for her personally, even though it's with the normal range, although the doctor would have better insight. She will need to replace her thyroid hormones by taking medication and then I think the TSH would calm down to a more normal level. Good luck and hope she feels better soon :)
