I agree about getting the TSI test done like goolara mentioned, but also perhaps other thyroid tests-Free T3, TPO AB tests, maybe an ultrasound to check for nodules etc. It's good to rule out things first that could be causing the hyper TSH.. Are you experiencing any symptoms? Has your doctor given you anything, or ordered more tests if you are?

Have you had testing for Graves' disease?  Graves' is the most prevalent cause of hyperthyroidism.  The test is TSI (thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin).  If you have Graves', it's highly treatable, but not curable.  There are other forms of thyroiditis that can cause "temporary" hyper.  They usually resolve themselves.

Yes, read some other posts like your, someone will probally be along soon to help.

It would be good to post your full test results and the ranges used for each.
I was told that the Free T3 and Free T4 are important, more than TSH.
Learned stuff, some gentle, some the hard way here.
GREAT support here plus learning.

I am getting through the speedy, hyperthyroid fly off planet feelings and wiped out. Glad I put an, almost, end to that.
hope to see you back
