yes those bs and c's are important. sounds like you are hypo symptoms. I am being tested for my adrenals in a couple of weeks. The hairloss is also common of thyroid. What were your last tsh free t4 and free t3 levels???? those are important

What kind of vitamins doctor gave you? may be it is the excipient. (gluten or lactose intolerance) or excess of one vitamin/mineral, so may be you just need  B” vitamins – in particular, B-12, B-5 and B-6, Vitamin “C” ,and some minerals that help with adrenal function like zinc and magnesium.
. Have you tried liquid vitamins? (free of lactose and gluten) ?  Have you tested your serum Vit D and Calcium? How do you take your vitamins (during meal or empty stomach) . About the adrenal glands, treatment depends on the cause and severity of the adrenal insufficiency and whether this is a primary or secondary adrenal insufficiency. First you need to know what else do you have, but I've read that : "you should not take Armour Thyroid if you have ever had an allergic reaction to Armour Thyroid; your thyroid gland is overactive; or your adrenal glands are not making enough corticosteroid hormone". So I think your doctor knows what he is doing, you must wait for the other analyses/diagnosis. May be some people here had the same experience and can give some good advice.
