High TSH

My T3 80 ng/dl, T4 5.0 ug/dl and TSH 31.93 uIU/ml. What should I do. What risk in not taking any medicine for the same

Please post the reference ranges for each as each lab uses a little different range.

But it appears you are Hypothyroid and you most likely need medication.

Key things to remember is that you need a Dr who will treat symptoms.  And NOT rely solely on TSH to try to medicate you.  Since you have already been tested for T3 & T4 in addition to TSH that is a good start.  You also need to know if those tests are FREE T3 an FREE T4 or if they are total.  You really need to have the Free (meaning unattached or "free" from a protein).  The total tests are outdated and not much value.

There are many risks to not treating hypothyroidism. Your thyroid produces hormones that are vital to the function of virtually every cell in your body. Untreated, this can lead to heart problems, severe depression, peripheral nerve damage, myxedema (a life threatening condition), and infertility.

You need to see a health care provider experienced in treating thyroid disorders ASAP.
