hi .my T3 level is low and T4 level is high.what should i do now?what kind of diet and work out should i follow?please help me

Hello, Is this your free T3 and free T4 levels?   If so, there is something wrong with the uptake of your free T3 levels.  Try taking your T4 meds in a morning and do not eat for an hour afterwards, this helps with the conversion and uptake as food can stop it working.   Also, do not take any vitamin or mineral supplements for at least 4 hours after your T4 meds as this can interfere with the uptake too.   Let me know if this helps and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.  Best wishes Jo
