Vitamins should be taken at night and thyroxine in the morning or vice versa. Iron and calcium stop absorption of thyroxine and high doses of b6 too.They should not be taken at the same time.

I have a dr appt on friday to work out a good schedule for when I should take all my meds.
The rule of thumb is to take your supplements at least 2-3 hours after your meds, except calcium and iron which need to be taken 6 hrs apart at least.
I'm definitely no expert here but I do remember my Endo telling me to take my Levo first thing in the morning and wait a few hours before taking the rest of my meds including vitamins.
