Are they gonna change my meds? Help

I was diagnosed two months ago with hypothyroidism and hashimotos. My endocrinologist put me on 50mcg of levothyroxine and I have slowly started feeling normal again. I just got my labs back for the follow up bloodwork and my tsh is .11 and my ft4 was 2.65. I am afraid they are going to drop my meds down right when I am finally feeling semi normal

TSH is irrelevant and dosage should not be adjusted, based on TSH levels.  Dosage should be adjusted, based on symptoms and Free T4 and Free T3 levels.

I agree that we need to see the reference range for the Free T4, since ranges do vary from lab to lab.  You should also request Free T3 every time you have TSH and Free T4 tested.

Please post lab reference range too as it varies from lab to lab.

Anyway based on TSH value the dose needs to be reduced to next lower dose like 43.75 or 37.5 mcg.
