Is it possible to have limb weakness associated with trigeminal neuralgia?

I‘ve been having very recent neurological symptoms and no diagnosis has been given yet despite several tests and dr appointments.  Trigeminal neuralgia is a diagnosis being considered by my doctor but my head pain is mild and not excruciating like it's typically described.  I also have slight limb weakness on my left side that began shortly after the temporal and head pain which from what I understand wouldn't be due to trigeminal neuralgia. I have no prior history of neuro deficits or head pain.  I'm female and in my 30s. My symptoms started like this...8 weeks ago- my right temple was sensitive to the touch for 3 days, but only if touched.  Then very slight head pain began on the right side intermittently, but different from a traditional headache.  5 weeks ago it progressed into a head pressure/burning sensation on top of my head that comes and goes and varies in intensity.  3 weeks ago I started having very slight weakness in my left leg and arm and a couple of days ago even in my face for 2 days.  My strength has been tested by 3 professionals and it is only slightly decreased on left side (4+ out of 5).  I have had 2 MRIs (1 of brain and 1 of both brain/cervical) that were normal as well as a lumbar puncture.  MS was ruled out.  Blood work that has been done is good except for elevated CRP and sed rate. Does it sound like trigeminal neuralgia could be it and would that potentially cause the unilateral weakness?  Thank you.

Thank you.  I went to a neurologist last week which was no help. He just said my test results are all okay so they can find no neurological basis for my symptoms and to just "ride it out."  I'm trying a rheumatologist next which hopefully will help me get some answers.  Thank you for your reply.

I am not a doctor, just a TN patient. I have not had limb weakness associated with the TN. Perhaps it's time to take your symptoms and your test results and get a second opinion with another doc.
