Hi,
How are you? If your doctors have cleared you from your other illnesses, this could be due to stress, anxiety or fatigue.Try relaxation techniques like meditation, deep relaxation, or breathing exercises. Also, avoid caffeine and get enough sleep. If it persists, further evaluation may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
Hi,
How are you? What tests were done? There are three main types of tremors: resting or static tremors (occur when affected body part is at rest), kinetic and intention tremors (occur when affected body part is doing something) and postural or action tremors occur when you are holding your hand or affected body part in a particular position for a period of time. These may be caused by too much caffeine or alcohol consumption, stress, anxiety, fatigue , normal aging, certain prescription medicines, low blood sugar, overactive thyroid, and neurological causes such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other brain, nerve, or movement disorders. Have this checked by your doctor for proper management. diagnostic tests such as CBC, blood differential, thyroid function tests, and glucose test as well as Head CT scan and EMG or nerve conduction studies. Take care and regards.
It started with my right hand then my right leg
I am a traditional ballroom dance teacher
and suddenly started trembling while teaching
a figure I have done and thought hundreds of times
I could not continue and had to sit down.
What caused it and what can I do about it?
Michael
