Positive OPK 5 days in a Row

I'm using the Answer OPK and I've had a bright positive for 5 days in a row now. Is that normal? When is it suppose to go back to being negative? Last month was the first month I used it and I had a faint positive for one day and that was it. I'm not sure I ovulated last month at all now. Does anyone else use this brand? Is it reliable?

I just got the Answer brand OPK.  I had the same question about how reliable they are and when the best time to take them.  The directions didn't really say when to use it.  I assumed it would be the am.  Good luck this month.

The cervix goes up and gets soft. With mine, I could really tell the difference, it was almost too high to reach. It was that way for about 2 days then started back down again. I'm not sure if everyone is the same though. Some may not be as noticeable. I've never the the whole temp thing so I don't even know for sure how that works. good luck to you. I hope it works! :)

So, last month I tested in the morning because I didn't get anything in the afternoon. This month I've been testing every morning and on the days I've had a positive I've re-tested in the afternoon. Still really dark positive in the afternoon. It almost makes me think the tests are bad, but I just opened the package ~ 10 days ago. What happened to the cervix when you ovulate? Soft, hard? I'm monitoring my CM and taking BBT too, but the BBT is pretty inconclusive so far. I guess I'll just keep BDing, like you said :)

I use it and It seems pretty good. I stopped testing after 3 pos because I was checking my cervix too and I'm pretty sure I knew what day I O'd. I've heard of others getting several. I'd keep testing and wait for the dark line. Are you testing in the late afternoon and not drinking anything for a few hours before? It may be that you just miss the darker line and are getting it on the way up and down. I'd just keep BDing until you get nothing to be on the safe side!
Good luck
