All syptoms might be related, might not

So it just occurred to me this morning that all these problems I've been having lately might be related. I cannot miss work to go to the doctor. So unless someone thinks it might be serious I won't risk it. I've always been really healthy. Lately I've been having trouble sleeping, sometimes I get light headed, I've always had a slight problem with circulation, my hands sometimes fall asleep when I'm in bed and when I'm awake my hands are usually cold. I got sick 2 weeks ago and can't seem to get the stuffiness to go away, I've been getting bloated a lot not just during that time of the month, the past week I've been getting light cramps that feel like they could be gas/stomach or menstrual. The last straw was that my underwear caused a raw spot on my leg that I've been taking care of, I wake up this morning and it looks like a rash. There are little bumps on my leg besides the spot that was rubbed. What the heck is wrong with me?!

Oh boy. I reposted because it wasnt showing on the first page. I said I just put this together that morning. And when I googled it fibromyalgia came up. Just because I posted to bump it does not mean it's anxiety people.

I agree with MP18: your post sounds fraught with anxiety and your symptoms are probably just little things that you have added up to create a monster in your head.  Your hands falling asleep in bed is in fact quite a normal symptom of one who sleeps on her back with elbows bent at her side (I know, for I do it too!)  The rash sounds like exactly what you said  - some chafing.  And it is normal to have stuffiness and sinus problems for up to a month after a cold or viral infection.

Go along and see your doctor at some point - it sounds like you need professional assurance and perhaps a little therapy for your anxiety!

First of all take it easy. Don't worry so much, just because you have a family history of fibromyalgia doesn't necessarily mean that you have it as well! The first thing you should do is go see a doctor, nobody on this can give you a diagnosis except from a doctor! Don't panic, we all have dizziness, headaches and we all get rashes sometimes, it doesn't mean that we all have a brain tumor or lymes disease! Go see a doctor and he will give you the right diagnosis. If you want an opinion on what it may be...well my best guess is that its psychological, stress can cause many symptoms. My advice to you is go see a doctor...its the only way to find out what is wrong with you.
