Not everyone bleeds when they lose their virginity.

Some people's hymen can break when taking part in a lot of physical activity.  But even if that breaks there is not always a bleed.

Everyone is different.

If it hurts or stings when you urinate, this is likely to be an infection in the bladder called Cystitis.  This is quite common with having rampant sex and is sometimes referred to as the "Honeymoon Syndrome".

If you feel you need to urinate soon after going and have the symptoms I mentioned above, then make an appointment to see your doctor.  He will test a urine sample and if this shows that you have Cystitis he will prescribe an antibiotic for your.

In the meantime, at home, drink plenty of water.   Always wipe from front to back and ensure that your sexual partner has clean hands before touching you.  Never allow him to touch your back passage and then your front bits.
The urethra in women is much shorter than in a man, and it is very easy for bacteria to enter into the urinary tract.  The urinary tract is anywhere from the kidneys, ureter, bladder and urethra.

Best wishes.

It's probably just remains of your period. If you had sex so soon after your period ending, you'll probs find it hadn't actually ended properly and having sex has 'disturbed' (for lack of a better word) things. It should go away in a day or so.

Bleeding when urinating can also be a sign of a UTI, but that's usually accompanied by pain as well.
