Afternoon episodes

I wanted to say something that is really weird but im going to say it anyway. I dont know how to explain this but every single day around 2:30 or so i get this weird episode that over takes my body. I start shaking really bad, I get tired, my ears ring a lot harder,my back starts hurting, my neck starts crackling when i turn it. My wrists pop, I get really hungry.

There is no rhyme and reason to this. It happens regardless of what ive eaten, what i havent eaten, if ive eaten at 12, if ive eaten at 2.

I dont take any thyroid, but again im hypo and have hashimotos.

I dont understand what the hell this is. Its horrible. It usually lasts about an hour or so and then it passes.

If it wasnt for these episodes i could probably get a job and work. I am a manager-level experienced person who sits on the computer all day and reads every post known to mankind.

I thought originally this was from taking thyroid but its been 7 weeks now.

KEVIN!!!  cant i suffer in peace LOL

dude im not 100% convinced its from the thyroid.  It could be something else.  Why do my ears ring so bad, yet others have no ringing at all??  Why do i have all these symptoms no one else has?

Dont sound werid to me , I have thoses werid almost daily episode but round the throat, chest bones and arms , and like you have autoimmune & half a dodgy thyroid , I would do what I did , go to the Dr , one you  trust and ask for a scan , some bloods and if the pains real bad ,some meds you can pop under your tounge , all the best with this , Ive been trying to figure out" why " for some time and its nice to be able to share with other suffers:)
