Almost fainting frequently

I have been experiencing odd symptoms for about a month.   I feel extremely dizzy and a warm, tingling feeling moves down my face and neck.  I feel like I am going to lose conciousness.  I struggle not to pass out and my heart beats fast.  I usually panic at this point and I feel like my breathing is slowing down.  I experienced this today and I was brought to the ER from work.  It happened two other times this month.  It  usually happens in the morning.  The only time that I experienced this in the past was in March following an abdominal surgery.  I have a history of hypoglycemia but my blood sugar level was normal at home prior to my leaving for work and in the ER.  The doctors say that my blood test results are normal.  I do not want to experience this at work again.  I have an appointment with a cardiologist in two days and an appointment with the neurologist at the end of the month.  Has anyone experienced these symptoms and received a diagnosis?

I don't eat a lot of sugar free food, but I have been trying to cut down on preservatives.  Thanks for the advice.

Do you use artificial sweeteners or eat foods that are "sugar free"? I went through this for months, and as soon as I stopped using artificial sweeteners, it went away completely. I was dx as prediabetic; now, I watch how many carbs I consume and don't use any sugar substitutes or consume any food with preservatives (if I can help it!)

Check your B 12 level ! Tell them to do it don't ask them. Look up what B 12 does for your body. It happened to me. My body will not absorb B12 in any form except in a shot twice a week !
