Am I getting the flu or something more?

Hello,
I woke up this morning feeling nauseous, dizzy, and my right arm (from about my elbow to almost my wrist) has had this numb tingling feeling as if it's asleep. My chest was also tight. I'm 28, a lil overweight but other wise healthy. Does this sound like the beginning of the flu or pneumonia.

It could have been the way you slept. I have thoracic outlet syndrome and if I sleep with my arm up i cut off circulation in seconds.  If you slept a while like that, it could be the reason. The chest you said is stuffy so it could be just a chest infection. I would go to the doctor to check that to make sure but as for the numbness I really believe it could have been the way you slept

No I don't have a headache or a migraine. Just a tight heavy chest, and a little stuffy. Maybe it's just a cold, I don't usually get that "asleep" feeling to my arms though.

To me it doesn't sound like the flu or Pneumonia. It sounds more like a pinched muscle somewhere.  Did you have a headache or a migraine or do you suffer from those?

do you have shortness of breath as well or just a tight and heavy chest?

No fever. Not really a cough either, my lungs feel tight and heavy. I was wondering if it just hasn't developed into something more yet
