Audio Hallucinations - Need help

I really do now know where to go for help for this. Last summer I noticed i have developed what appeared to be a large boil on my back which went away, but left a scar.

On tuesday night I thought there still might be something in there so I tried to squeeze at it and was pushing what ever was in there around. As I was doing this I heard the radio was on in my sisters room. In my head I thought of a different song and that song started playing, I thought it was such a weird coincidence until I thought of another song and then that song started playing, this is when I realized I was hallucinating. I must make it clear that the clarity of the hallucination was VERY vivid, the music sounded like it was actually playing.

I do not know if this can be related to parasites but I went to the ER last night because I felt like there were parasites trying to make their way out of my anus, and there were tiny white balls that were there and I had a temp of 105. they gave me medicine to treat for parasites if i have them.

I do believe that you are correct when you say it could be the adderall it is known to have side effects so back to the doctor to ask him .

I also believe the parasites were part of the hallucination, I have been drinking baking soda (1/2 tsp and 1 cup of water) every 3-4 hours and I do now know if this is whats making me hallucinate

I should also add I take adderall 20mg xr, and that this is triggered when the fan was on when I was in the bathroom, I have figured out there needs to be repetitive noise to trigger that hallucinating which starts as a radio buzz sound then starts hallucinating, i wonder if it is from the adderall
