Bad taste

Has anyone ever experienced a foul taste like ( aspirin being stuck in your throat) taste all the time ? I've had every gastro test, endoscopy, digestion empyting,. Hp Probe h pylori,celiac , acid reflux, all coming out negative? Ears,Nose throat doc says vitamin defiencey?? Take multi vitamins now, no relief I did come out lactose intolerant but with dairy free diet no relief.Feels like gas  is coming up can't explain it.Some times it gets really bad.  Help.Getting desperate. Tired of chewing gum for ten months. Any ideas???I'm running out of things to check out. Gastro doc is puzzled also..Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for your ideas. Never lay down after eating I'll try saline spray but went to ear,nose throat doc he had no clue of what it is?

Try something simple. Do not eat within an hour of lying down and use saline spray in your nostrils and sinus cavities  three times a day for two weeks.
