Best antibiotics for long term infection?

I played sand volleyball with cuts on my knees and rode in a 50 mile bike race.  On Monday morning I woke up with red dots (pimple like) around me knees. It grew all week, ended up all over my body.  By my knees it was tightly spaced and nasty white heads, on my belly not as tightly packed, my forearm and neck just had pimples, not as many and no white heads.  It kind of looked like a heat rash except it was obviously from bacteria that entered through the cuts.

Not only did I play sand volleyball on North Avenue Beach with the softball raspberries, I also went in Lake Michigan too.  Yep young and dumb.

A couple of months later I started getting raging pains in my groin and shoulders. The pain was excruciating, with each heart beat.  Felt like bullets inside my body, a red hot bullet, turning over and over.

Within months I was diagnosed with all types of auto immune issues. I finally was on humira but still felt like dying, that was until I got an antibiotic for an unrelated issue.

I am 1000% sure I have an infection that burrowed into my lowest level of my skin.  My blood work no longer shows infection signs (sed rate was 270 at one point) and no one can seem to biopsy properly.

I have given up on doctors because they are like rats in a maze anymore.  They are petrified to give me antibiotics, I might get c diff.  They don't seem to care that I have an infection.

My feet, body and head go down two sizes when I take antibiotics. For awhile I went with the low dose antibiotics to keep me moving (American College of rheumatology uses it as first line of defense against RA).

Now I am convinced I need to high dose (think actimycosis) and treat topically at same time.  When I take a shower or sauna my skin peels off.  I can literally remove the inflammation.  Or whatever it is that causes me to get suicidally sick.

To me it seems like I have a billion little pimples under the surface, they slowly come out when on low dose. On high dose I notice them coming out rapidly. I have nodules from head to toe which use to freak me out.

Now I know that the nodules are simply multiple pimples clustered. I've dug many of them out.  I just got out of the shower and collected enough skin to make a snowball the size of a golfball and it was a short shower.  Then I sprayed oregano oil all over.
It was super painful but I feel awesome now.

I currently take 400 mg of erythromycin x 4 (fish tank stuff), in the past I have taken bactrim, minocycline, clindo, penicillin... every one of them has had an effect except doxy.

I've had 1800 clindo iv (900 x 2) a few times.  It's like heroin to a junky.  It was heaven on earth... like my whole being opened up and could breathe.  I've always said, even though I look and feel better it's going to come back until I get rid of the nodules.

Doctors are the only ones that don't understand, they tell me it's impossible to live with an infection for so long.  It's not living - I am the walking dead. The infection is trapped in my skin. I say like actimycosis because it seems to grow like a fungus.

So I am getting ready to order a antibiotic cocktail from an Rx online... I don't know if I should buy two, take 4 doses a day.  X mg every 12 hours and Y mg every 12 hours.

I am shooting for 3/4 g a day.  I have super probiotics, take miso soup 2 x a day and drink mass quantities of water, no alcohol or pain mess... 420 only! Which by the way is very helpful.  Any thoughts and or  suggestions?
