Hi there. Could you have a pulled muscle too? But yes, anxiety does cause this as well as other things. I know you say you can't afford it but seeing a doctor is the best thing. Call the doctors office, perhaps they will work with you. sometimes they'll accept a cash payment and might do a sliding fee scale. Urgent cares sometimes offer this. While you wouldn't be seeing your own doctor at an urgent care, you'd be seeing A doctor which is important. Clinics work too. So, see what your options are to be seen. That's my best recommendation. And if you have a history of panic attacks and anxiety, do you have treatment for that? When you are at your visit, talk about resuming that treatment if you are on break from it. good luck hon.
