Bump

I have a bump on my forehead about the same diameter as a nickel.  I've had it since March 2011.  It doesn't hurt but has me puzzled.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
An old injury can sometimes cause a localized collection of fluid and blood to persist. It can also be a collection of fat-lipoma, or connective and nerve tissue or neurofibroma or even a cyst (either a glandular cyst or a bone cyst).
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

Is it firm could be a cyst...they can come and go , trying light massage at regular intervals during the day ,if its calcification it may disperse, Have you asked the Doctor what he thinks it may be .
