Any idea what's happening to me
Pain on left side under rib cage and pain in back of left shoulder.sometimes it feels like my organs are convulsing or slipping out of place. With random episodes of dizziness, heart palpitations, and clammy sweats. Feels like body almost goes into shock. What's happening to me. All these doctors keep testing me with no answers in sight. I'm 27 years old and feel like I'm 72. Please help
