Bystolic side effect?

I am a female,age 63 have been on Bystolic for about 2 years have knee and leg pain that seems to be getting worse.Have mentioned this to my Doctor he says not one of listed side effects so he blew me off.

I am 43 years old and having the exact same symptoms as you are. i could barely walk this morning.
I have have severe, severe stomach pain and stomach swelling.

Bystolic is the only medication that I take.I was diagnosed with degenerative disc so it could be a pinched nerve.I plan to follow up with my doctor.

Did you start any other medications with the Bystolic like a statin?

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
At your age if the knee and leg pain is getting worse then it could be due to pinched nerves, low Vit D, low calcium or effect of low estrogen too. It could also be due to arthritis. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined accordingly. It is unlikely to be due to the drug.
