Numbness while sleeping followed by a high tendency to vomit

Hello there,
I have an inquiry here, sometimes when i sleep and wake up to go the bathroom, I woke while one of my legs especially the left one all numbs and it takes around three minutes to blood flow through it again and after the blood flows, i get high tendency to vomit. Is it symptoms of anything dangerous going around my body ? do i need to check in a hospital urgently and if yes what kind of doctor's specialty do i have to check with?
Many thanks.
