It may be a good idea to get a breath test done to see if you have Helicobacter Pylori. This can cause painful stomach problems as well as causing stomach ulcers. The breath test is more reliable that blood tests, sometimes a stool test is taken.
As well as endometriosis, you may have other problems with the womb, like polycystic ovaries or fibroids. An ultrasound scan would show whether you have polycystic ovaries.
For the endometriosis, your doctor may do a pelvic floor examination, send you for an ultrasound scan or send you for a laparoscopy which is done under a general anaesthetic where a laparoscope is inserted through a small incision near the naval. The laparoscopy is used as a last resort when treatment with pain relief does not help.
Best wishes.
Hello, how are you doing? Did you try the Sepia? I am taking Diatomaceous Earth to help my stomach. I have Fibromyalgia, so I have heartburn/GERD/Reflux.
The doctor prescribed Dexilant and it has been the only antacid that has helped me. It's expensive as all new meds are - but it works.
Aloe vera juice taken first thing in the morning is also supposed to help IBS. I can imagine the "h***" you are going through. The pain can get excruciating and even a heating pad doesn't work for very long. -
Sometimes a hiatus hernia will cause this kind of pain - but an ultrasound or endoscopy is necessary to find it.
From time to time I take a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in a glass of water and it seems to help. (I have heart trouble, so I can't do this too often )
Please let me know how you are doing... wishing you the best, Silverfox
I am so sorry that you are suffering so! I am not a doctor, but believe strongly in natural remedies. I'm sure you've tried several already... but did you try Sepia?
Sepia is recommended for all types of female problems including endometriosis. I don't know if it will help you, but it's worth a try.
I hope this info helps you....
wishing you the best
