can anybody help

i have been suffering from nightsweats for the past year and now to the extent that my bed is dripping wet, also for the past year my hair has been thinning quite drastically. over the past 2 months my body has been getting tired to the extenct i can hardly keep awake no matter how much sleep i have.  My body just wants to crash and now i have been getting pains the worst in my left arm but also my legs and its like my body wants to give up.  Any body got any ideas?

Menopause with hormonal disturbances could be one cause. Another reason could be prolonged illness like tuberculosis. Certain cancers too behave this way. Certain endocrine disorders like hyperthyroidism too cause these type of symptoms. Hypoglycemia and certain medications are other causes.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage, without examining you and a detailed medical history. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

also i should add the pains in my arm and legs makes it hard to move them
