Hi,
Some people physiologically have thicker and more prominent veins in their dominant arm. However, you need to check your left breast. Some diseases of the breast (infections, early cancer) might lead to this kind of thing.

Hello,
The symptoms can be due to subclavian vein thrombosis. It usually results from the excessive use of the involved arm by predisposed individuals. This causes prominence of the involved vein and also sometimes cyanosis of the area.
I would suggest a venography to rule out the possibility.Pls consult a vascular surgeon to confirm a diagnosis.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.
