Cramps?

It hurts like period cramps when I go #2 and for a little while afterward. This past week it seemed like I wasn't going as often as usual and I've had one very loose stole today.  I also have had a lot of gas the past 2 days.   I'm not on my period but I did have a D&C April 26th and I have a large ovarian cyst.

Should I be worried about this?

I've also been peeing more than usual but I've had no burning and very little urgency.  plus I'm on antibiotics for a sinus issue and bronchitis, 2 twice a day and there also used for UTIs.  But I have  type 2 diabetes so that could be why i'm peeing so much.

I'm going to the doctor as soon as my parents get me an appointment but I would like an opinion on whether or not I should bring up the craps when a see her.

These aren't stomach cramps.   It's right where my ovaries and uterus are.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Depending on which antibiotic you are the stomach cramps could be due not tolerating the antibiotic. Maybe stopping the antibiotic can stop the cramps. Low salt like low sodium too can cause cramps. The other possibility is IBS or irritable bowel. Increased frequency of urine in itself is a sign of UTI. It is not always necessary to have burning and urgency. However as you said, maybe the diabetes is not under control and hene there is increased frequency of urination.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
