Again thank you, your daily eating plan did work very well, although i still have nausia only sun set time and sometimes after 7 pm but morning time i feel nothing i go to work normally with no problems at all.

before asking my question i have some information to share here about my self so you can have a better idea about who i am, my weight 52 Kilos my hight 179 cm, i have Constipation since i was a kid till now (i am 26 years old) i go to bathroom every 2 days once, those facts may have an effect with what i have, i recently met a digestive system doctor and he gave me a medecine called (combizym) to help my digestive system work better for 2 weeks he said it will make me get fatter and in the same time stop what i feel, and he said i should do indoscopy to check my stomach and colon i might have some infections inside or something, i told him that the antipiotik called (MIDROXIL 500) which the skin doctor perscriped to me is really helpful for my case it makes the whole nosia desappear's until i finish it then it comes back.

another private information about me, I have fobia from vomitting !! last time i vomitted it was from more than 12 years, i really hate the idea of it .,,,,

so, would you think i need indoscopy ? and will the indoscopy make me vomit ? is my symptoms shows that i have inner infection ? is it just emotionally fear of the vomit idea makes me feel nausia without reason noon time only ?

Really thanks for the help !

Hi
Thanks for the update!
As I suspected earlier you probably have GERD. Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. However I would recommend you see a doctor and take medication under a doctor’s supervision. Avoid heavy meals and eat 4-5 small meals in a day. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food. Mint is known to decrease acidity and so does cold milk. Hope these tips help.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Thank you, for your comment, i will do my best to find one, but is there is any herbs or temprory medications can help my case, i have discovered recently that coffee and caffine makes that more recent and eating large meals also make it worse, can it be possible that its a colon problem ? and does that need indoscopy ?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum! Congratulations on becoming a father!
I read trough your post and based on the information provided by you feel that it could be related to gas in stomach which causes nausea followed by a gastocolic reflex. You probably have severe acidity with GERD. The acid reflux causes a gastrocolic reflex that causes you to pass stool with the onset of nausea.

Hope this helps. I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
