Dizziness , light headed

For the pass few weeks I've been having a problem looking up, or laying down. When I look up I get dizzy for a couple of seconds then it stops, when I lay down I get a little dizzy for a couple of seconds then it stops. I do have a ringing in my ear I've had for years, I'm on blood pressure meds, high cholesterol meds, glaucoma open angle, and I have eye drops that I take for the glaucoma. I went to my doctor and she said I had a sinus infection because at the time I had pressure in my face and around my eyes. She gave me meds but the dizziness never went away.

A sinus infection can cause a lot of problems , sounds like that may be whats causing the dizziness. I do know if your bp is high it can cause your ears to ring, idk if sinuses can.
