What is this pain in my legs?

My mom, grandma, brother and I all get this pain in our shins that no doctor has been able to diagnose. It’s happened since I was a baby. It only happens when cold air or a breeze hits your shins. It’s an excruciating pain that can have you in tears. The only thing that makes it go away is a heating pad or hot bath. Otherwise it will go on for hours. Lately I’ve been starting to get it in my arms and wrists too. I can’t find anything on the net that sounds like it.

Hello~Have you had any blood tests to rule out inflammation?

You could have a vitamin/mineral deficiency, probably vitamin D, B, and the minerals Calcium and Magnesium.

Another thought, food allergies, these can be tricky to diagnose, but they can cause all kinds of trouble in the body, the common ones are wheat, eggs, gluten and beef. Try cutting way back on these foods and see if that helps.

Try seeing a chiropractor as well, you may have some pinched nerves in your spine that could be causing this uncomfortable sensation.

I hope you feel better soon.
