Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could be having a viral fever, or an upper respiratory infection, or a bad stomach infection with reflux or even a liver infection.
Yes, you should immediately consult a doctor who can examine you and run the basic stool, urine and blood tests.
Take something for fever and fluids with a pinch of salt and some sugar. You could be dehydrated and have electrolyte imbalance.
Since it is difficult to diagnose on net, do consult a doctor ASAP—as soon as possible.
Take care!

Definitely go see a doctor TODAY.  Even if it turns out to be a virus, which you don't know if you don't see a doctor, you still need help TODAY.  No one should stay home and just take it when they feel like they are on their deathbed with the kind of symptoms you are experiencing.

Since you can barely drink, but are very thirsty, there's a strong possibility you are dehydrated.  You need help with hydration & nausea control.  And having what potentially sounds like a migrainous type headache is not helping matters- hopefully they can prescribe something to help abort that nasty headache.  And if it's the first time you have ever had this type of severe headache, they may want to do a brain scan on you.

What part of the upper part of your stomach is stabbing?  Is it on the left side, the right side, or pretty much in the middle up there?

Hopefully they can check you for infection, since you are running a fever.

...if your ears are popping then its an inner ear problem caused by mucas. Your doctor can prescribe a nasal spray to help clear it also,  blocked sinus problems can cause poor vision, headaches , tinnitus,  dizzyness, and chesty conditions. You could be allergic to pollen and summer stuff like that, but might need a course of antibiotics too for your throat.

Drink lots of water to wash the system and eat live yoghurt when your antibiotics are finished. Its not serious and can all be sorted.
