thank you so much, I was actually thinking I was loosing my mind... I can't take the attacks anymore. They hurt to the point where organs start shutting down.
If I were you I would try a pulmonary MD. I've seen countless specialists seeking an answer, and now it was finally a lung doc who may have found the answer, and thinks it's an infectious disease undiagnosed after a fever of unknown origin.Lesions began surfacing on Xrays & CTS and cancer was thankfully ruled out. This has been ( and still is) a virtual nightmare that I can't escape. I had temp visual disturbances ; walking /weakness problems; headaches;bleeding; normal tests results & abnormal test results; brief remission ; you name it . This can affect virtual every part of the body from head to toe; and it's the rare % who have serious symptoms such as I've endured. "Anxiety attacks" are the easy way out, when they are stumped. Stick with it.You've come this far ; and like all of us who have gone yrs without a diagnosis - there's always hope; but you have to be vigilant. I have to push every step of the way thru appointments and specialists and tests and more tests..and here I sit with a probable diagnosis, and will wait weeks to see this infectious disease MD because he is booked solid. That should tell you a lot..there's more than one case of this.Take care & find your cure.
I am 34, I have been tested for many things, Gall Bladder, Acid Reflux, Irratible bowel, Heart Attack, Stoke, Seizures. I have poked proded and tested for lots of things. Seems the doctors want to go the the anxiety attacks diagnosis.
The acidosis I suffer during the attacks seems to be respritory. Should I steer the doctor in a lung problem direction?
I do have AAT without the deficency, and COPD.
What tests have been done? How old are you are. How long have you been having these spells?
