I get tired in very minute tasks and activities like if i have 10 minutes walk, i get tired or bring some stuff from market and cant bear the weight of the stuff and if i climb some stairs of the university, i feel taking huge breaths. Sometimes it feels like i cant hold a box of sugar having weight of 2kg. My mind feels very inactive and feels i dont remember things passed before 10 minutes while i do no drink and exercise any kind of drugs or anything related to such things, as I never experienced such type of unhealthy life feeling and its so terrible to think of condition i am passing through. I dont have blood pressure issue but most of the time pulse palpitation is observed high like between 80 to 100 beats. I tried many doctors and each of them prescribes me medicines of rest and relaxation. I dont have sugar and other diseases and it makes me feel more depressive ... of what sins am i having such a ruined life these days ... Please help in this regard.

Your heart beat is within the normal range.  But if you are experiencing palpitations and flutters frequently it may be a good idea for your doctor to check your heart.

With you having difficulty in breathing and taking huge breaths, this may be connected to heart problems, but you do not mention any chest discomfort; you may have a respiratory issue, like asthma.

Also with you feeling tired and taking the huge breaths, it would be worth your doctor checking your blood for anaemia.  Lack of red blood corpuscles can make you keep gasping for air and tired because there is not enough of them to get oxygen round your body.

Viral problems can cause fatigue too as well as stress, anxiety and depression.

Would be a good idea to go back to see your doctor and take a list of symptoms to help your doctor with his diagnosis.

Make sure you eat a healthy and balanced diet and drink plenty of water so you do not get dehydrated.  Do relaxation techniques to help you relax and make your you get enough sleep.

Best wishes.

First, know that God loves every one of us and that He wants us to be happy.  If you have a Bible, I would suggest reading any of the Psalms.  They are excellent for showing God's love for us, and are very uplifting.  NOTE: I apologize if I am addressing you with the wrong religion in mind.  I think that couseling might help you.  Having someone to talk to can be a wonderful tool.  You might even choose a religious counselor.  I have done this when I feel bad, and the spiritual aspect helps greatly.  I also think you need a doctor who knows what he's doing.  Please look into that.  BLESSINGS - Blu
